Horseradish Mushroom Thyme Burger:
Serves 1
Ingredients:
2 portobello mushrooms
1 lettuce
1/4 tsp horseradish
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1/4 soy sauce
Pinch of ground pepper
Pinch of salt
Vegan Mayo
1/2 cup Thyme mix
1/4 cup hot water
In a small bowl mix: Thyme mix, salt and hot water. Form into a patty and place in a small frying pan with oil (or grill). Fry on medium low heat until brown on both sides.
Meanwhile in another small bowl mix: mayo, pepper, soysauce, and horseradish. Set aside.
Spread tomato sauce on washed mushrooms and lightly warm on the grill or frying pan.
Layer: Mushroom, lettuce, burger, mayo mix, mushroom
