Our Mission

Food is the adventure that drives us here at Avontuur. The inspiration came while on a grueling backpacking trip, during a time our delicious meal was miles away and delivery options-well did not exist. We returned with a mission to create a tasty, lightweight, Meatless, and highly nutritious meal to accompany us on our next adventure. We set out to create what is now called the "Avontuur". After countless attempts the meatless patty mix was born. It is made with ingredients from sustainable sources to ensure the betterment of nature.
